YENG reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, partially or totally, the services made available through this website, with or without prior notice. YENG shall not be liable to the User, any third party natural or legal person or institution for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services available through the Site. No advice or other oral or written advice or information obtained from the YENG website or through the services of the YENG website shall constitute a warranty unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- the use or inability to use the Site's information; - the cost of procurement of complementary goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained, messages received, transactions initiated through/ from the YENG Site; - unauthorized access to, or damage to, the User's transmissions or data; - statements or actions of any third party on the Site's services; - any other matter related to the Site's services. If it is considered that any material made available on the Site, posted by YENG, third parties or users, violates copyright or any other rights, it is necessary to report this situation to contact@yeng.ro. For the sections of the site that may contain opinions of readers, the responsibility for the content of the opinions lies entirely with the authors of the opinions. YENG reserves the right not to make public those opinions that are contrary to the terms and conditions of use or that it considers damaging in any way to its own image, partners or third parties. This site is offered in this form without any other guarantees. YENG is not and cannot be held responsible for the inappropriateness, unavailability or other defects of this site or its content.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information made available to the YENG website in order to receive or use certain services is protected under the terms of Law no. 677/2001. By filling in the fields in the online registration forms, users agree that the personal data they register may be entered into the YENG database and that they may receive messages regarding products and services, promotions, contests or any other editorial and marketing activities carried out in the future by YENG and its authorized partners. 

After filling in the registration form, the user has an account to use the services. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with access to the services www.yeng.ro, conditional on login. The User is entirely responsible for all information that is made public from his/her account. In the event of unauthorized access to the account by third parties, YENG assumes no responsibility for any consequences that may arise. At the User's explicit request addressed to contact@yeng.ro, YENG undertakes to rectify, update, block, erase or anonymize the User's personal data and to cease processing the User's personal data, free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data. 

YENG undertakes not to publicize users' e-mail address and not to disclose it to a third party, unless it is among expressly authorized partners, unless this is necessary to comply with the law and/or legal proceedings. YENG is not liable for attacks that are intended to be theft or vandalism and that could lead to the disclosure or compromise of data. 

YENG assumes no responsibility whatsoever for situations in which the user publishes his/her address or any other personal data, on his/her own initiative, in a public message on any of the YENG pages. It is the policy of www.yeng.ro not to accept or consider unsolicited materials. If site users submit such materials, YENG reserves the right to consider such materials as non-confidential and non-proprietary and non-proprietary. Such materials and rights become the property of YENG, free of any claims issued by any person or group of persons, and may be used for any purpose by YENG, without any obligation to compensate YENG for their use.

 The identity of users will not be disclosed if, through the information posted, they could be jeopardized. Upon registration, users have the possibility to choose their username and password. Users agree never to lend their password to another user, for their own protection and for the validity of the information transmitted. They also agree never to use another member's password to post messages. The www.yeng.ro website may contain advertisements and/or links to the pages of third parties, including partners, advertising providers or sponsors. Information provided to external sites is not under the control of YENG and any posting of personal data to other sites on the Internet is at your own risk. YENG reserves the right to modify, revise, supplement these rules at any time. Any modification will be made public on this page and will be effective from the moment it is posted on the site.
