The YEnG educational program consists of 18 interactive sessions. Full participation provides a clear insight into the essential components of building a start-up.

The program focuses on entrepreneurship by integrating the essential elements of leadership (communication, teamwork), the study and application of the CANVAS business model and the Design Thinking method. The course also includes elements of financial literacy in the area of investments, principles of public speaking and legal aspects of a start up.

Participants will go through a series of entrepreneurial challenges, and the best ideas/presentations will be rewarded:

  • 24h challenge, based on a company brief
  • pitching quest
  • the business project, presented to a jury of entrepreneurs and investors

YEnG is a complete educational experience that stimulates creative thinking, team spirit and entrepreneurial initiative, preparing high school students for the realities of the professional world.
