Today's young high school students are like little radars: they can sense whether you're speaking from experience or from books. They sense if you are present, they sense if you are authentic and if you know what you are talking about.

That is why, at YEnG The team of trainers and mentors is made up entirely of entrepreneurs and freelancers who have experienced the entrepreneurial waves first-hand. Moreover, high school students are constantly exposed to interactions with entrepreneurs, invited to share both their mistakes and lessons learned, as well as the strategies that led them to success.

It's clear to us: when given an authentic, valuable and relevant framework, high school students respond with ideas, engagement and collaboration. It shows us that they are a trustworthy generation.
