The YEnG educational program is made up of two independent but complementary modules totaling 24 interactive sessions. Full participation provides a clear insight into the essential components of building a start-up.
Module 1 is dedicated to the Design Thinking method, covering the five fundamental steps: empathizing, problem definition, idea generation, prototyping and testing. At the same time, participants develop essential leadership skills such as: effective communication, active listening, feedback and feedforward, teamwork, S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, time management and public speaking.

Module 2 focuses on entrepreneurship by studying and applying the CANVAS business model and the PITCHING process. Participants structure their ideas into a concrete plan and present their projects to a jury of entrepreneurs and investors.
YEnG is a complete educational experience that stimulates creative thinking, team spirit and entrepreneurial initiative, preparing high school students for the realities of the professional world.
