The story of Oliver Lepădatu
The YEnG program is initiated by a high school student (11th grade), who has been passionate about entrepreneurship since the age of 7: Oliver Lepădatu.
Oliver's passion began to take shape in his primary school years, when he took an entrepreneurship education course KEN Academywhich led him to his first business: Lemon Coolers.
In her high school years, she continued her entrepreneurship studies with bootcamps at Columbia University and Babson University, which led him to the initiative YEnG.
Based on discussions with colleagues, Oliver reconfirmed that YEnG program responds to a big need for high school students: to develop the entrepreneurial skills essential for launching a start-up, guided by experienced mentors

Face-to-face meetings with entrepreneurship trainers who show us what business is like in real life - beyond theory through practical exercises and activities
Networking online and offline
YEnG ensures the creation of a network of students with the same values and passions for business through rigorous selection stages.
Competitions
At the end of each module, participants present a project developed on the basis of the methods learned. The presentations are presented to a jury of entrepreneurs.
Special guests
Inspirational meetings with entrepreneurs and specialists from various business backgrounds, who share their lessons learned, their mistakes and the strategies that have led to their success.
