YENG provides free access to the website www.yeng.ro and authorises you to view, print and transmit information on the website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The copyright in the information on this website is held by YENG or its partners. The content of this website — the texts, graphics, photographs, software, logos and any other materials on the website — is protected by copyright law and is the property of YENG or its partners.

Where this happens without the explicit written agreement of YENG, YENG assumes no responsibility for the unaffiliated websites to which it may be linked, or for materials posted on this website by persons other than those authorised by YENG, and reserves the right to seek sanctions, under the legislation in force, for any such action that does not have its prior agreement.

Any dispute relating to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Romania.

YENG will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, ability to use, data or other intangible or immeasurable losses (even if YENG has previously been informed of the possibility of such losses), resulting from:

• the use of, or the inability to use, the website’s information;
• the cost of procuring complementary goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained, messages received or transactions initiated through/from the YENG website;
• unauthorised access to, or alteration of, the user’s transmissions or data;
• statements or actions of any third party regarding the website’s services;
• any other matter relating to the website’s services.

If any material made available on the website, posted by YENG, by third parties or by users, is considered to violate copyright or any other rights, this must be reported to contact@yeng.ro.

For the sections of the website that may contain readers’ opinions, responsibility for the content of those opinions rests entirely with their authors. YENG reserves the right not to publish opinions that contravene the terms and conditions of use or that it considers harmful, in any form, to its own image, its partners or third parties.

This website is provided in this form without any other warranties. YENG is not and cannot be held responsible for inconsistencies, unavailability or other defects of this website or of its content.

Personal information provided to the YENG website in order to receive or use certain services is protected under Law no. 677/2001. By completing the fields of the online registration forms, users agree that the personal data they register will be entered into the YENG database and that they will receive messages about products and services, promotions, competitions or any other editorial and marketing activities carried out in the future by YENG and its approved partners.

After completing the registration form, the user has an account for using the services. The user is fully responsible for keeping confidential the password associated with access to the www.yeng.ro services that require logging in. The user is fully responsible for all information made public from their account. In the event of unauthorised access to the account by third parties, YENG assumes no responsibility for the consequences that may arise.

At the user’s explicit request sent to contact@yeng.ro, YENG undertakes to rectify, update, block, delete or anonymise the user’s personal data and to stop processing it, free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

YENG undertakes not to make users’ e-mail addresses public and not to disclose them to a third party, unless that party is among the expressly approved partners, except where this is necessary to comply with the law and/or judicial procedures. YENG is not liable for attacks aimed at theft or vandalism that could lead to the disclosure or compromise of data.

YENG assumes no responsibility of any kind for situations in which a user publishes their address or any other personal data, on their own initiative, in a public message on any of the YENG pages. The policy of the website www.yeng.ro is not to accept or consider unsolicited materials. If users of the website send such materials, YENG reserves the right to consider them non-confidential and without protection of personal or property rights. Such materials and rights become the property of YENG, free of any claims made by a person or group of persons, and may be used for any purpose by YENG, without the obligation to pay compensation for their use.

Users’ identity will not be disclosed where, through the information posted, they could be put in danger. When registering, users can choose a username and a password. Users agree never to lend their password to another user, for their own protection and for the validity of the information transmitted. They also agree never to use another member’s password to post messages.

Advertisements and/or links to pages of third parties, including partners, advertising providers or sponsors, may be present on the website www.yeng.ro. Information provided to external pages is not under the control of YENG, and any publication of personal data on other pages on the Internet is at your own risk.

YENG reserves the right to modify, revise or supplement these rules at any time. Any change will be made public on this page and will take effect from the moment it is posted on the website.
