Program
A free, six-month entrepreneurship program for high school students, built around practical learning, teamwork, mentors and real challenges.
You’ll work on ideas, solve business challenges, learn from entrepreneurs and mentors, compete, pitch and build alongside other students.
No. You can join without one. If you already have an idea, though, make sure to mention it in your application (opens in a new tab) — we’d love to hear about it.
Not at all. You don’t need to have launched a company or studied business before joining.
Yes. The program is completely free for all selected participants.
Application & Selection
High school students who are curious, proactive, open to teamwork, and want to learn by doing.
Complete the online application form (opens in a new tab) and tell us a little about yourself, your interests, and why you want to join YEnG.
We review your application, and selected candidates are invited to a short interview with the YEnG team.
Curiosity, initiative, openness, commitment, and the ability to work well with others, not the longest CV.
Places are limited to approximately 70 students, so we select participants based on both their application and interview. We’re looking for potential, not perfection.
