WHO IT’S FOR

Who we’re looking for.

You don’t need a startup, a business plan or a polished pitch. We look at how you think and how you work with others.

You?

  • You ask questions and want to know how things really work.

  • You’re willing to test an idea and learn from feedback.

  • You listen, contribute and build with others.

  • You’re ready to show up and put in the work.

  • For high-school students in Romania
  • No business experience needed

Application

Tell us who you are, what interests you and why you want to join YEnG.

COMMUNITY

More than a course.

YEnG is also what stays after the session ends.

  • People you meet.
  • Ideas you discover.
  • Teams you would never have formed otherwise.
  • The confidence to try something before you feel completely ready.

PEOPLE

The people
behind YEnG.

  • Oliver started his first venture at seven, building Lemon Coolers through KEN Academy. Years later, while in high school, experiences at Babson and Columbia exposed him to a much more practical way of learning entrepreneurship. Seeing how limited that kind of access was for Romanian students, he created YEnG, a free program built to help high school students learn entrepreneurship by actually doing it.

  • Carmen brings years of experience in entrepreneurship education through KEN Academy, where she has worked closely with kids, developing their first ideas and projects. She now supports YEnG as Project Manager, helping turn the program’s vision into a stronger, more structured experience for every new generation of participants.
